Blue Conversion filters help correct warm or amber light to neutral "Daylight". The 80B filter is a dark blue filter that corrects 3400K (Incandescent) light to 5500K (Daylight). This is a critical tool for film photographers because film has a fixed light balance, usually daylight, that should be corrected in-camera for the most accurate results.
